CHALLENGE
Story House Early Learning believe that each child is on their own unique journey that shapes the person they are and who they’ll become. With a growing number of centres and new customer acquisition targets, they needed a smart strategy to apply to their marketing.
SOLUTION
Develop and execute a data driven, proven strategy personalised to their business. We aligned with their internal CRM data and built smart scripts across their paid media channels to amplify where they needed it, and develop content their customers were looking for.
RESULT
Previously over 50% of media spend was going to brand terms in Google Ads. We now target entirely non-brand keywords. Cost per lead has been slashed by 81% and we have improved Meta Ads by 28% whilst also decreasing spend by 31%. We are now reaching 109% more non-brand users in organic search.
